The timeshares are in buildings containing 8 units. There is a pool for each of the buildings.

The resort is a 15-20 minute from the main shopping and restaurant area in Palma Majorca. There are lots of things to see on the island, but it isn't small so plan on doing some driving.

Our favorite restaurant when we stayed there was in Randa. They had some incredible spit roasted lamb and pork shanks. It was recommended by the someone on staff so I suggest you check with them for the name rather than relying on my memories of 8 years ago.

There are restaurants on site.

We stayed there on a timeshare exchange so I cannot answer questions about the value of status.
