just to share some of my experience three days ago.
due to our accounting procedure, boarding pass of biz trip can never be spared to individual's hand. three days ago, i send retro miles claims with an attachment of the boarding pass scan, together with the E-ticket text. Miraculously I got a reply within TWO HOURS and the miles were posted silmutaneously into my account then.
i reckon it's a sheer call of luck.
