Two weeks ago I submitted a retro request with scanned BPs from UA to the email address. Got a reply the same day that they've requested confirmation from UA and will be posting it once confirmed. Miles posted within 3-4 days. Very good experience.

A week ago I submitted a virtually identical retro request, again for a missing UA flight. This time, no email reply and no miles have posted yet.

How long would you wait before re-sending the request? I don't want to cause any unnecessary effort on the fine folks at DC
