Thank you... delighted to know that BD is flexible.

Previously with ANA I had to go through the trouble of getting SQ and UA to issue official confirmation letters when I had to submit a retroactive claim without original boarding passes. Very inconvenient, and UA actually charges quite a hefty fee to issue such a letter.
