Claiming retroactive miles without original boarding passes

On a recent business trip, I had four flight segments on SQ. Two of the segments posted to DC, two however didn't - which was strange since all four were on one SQ ticket. Looks like I have to submit a retroactive claim.

Does anyone know if it's possible to claim retroactive miles without sending the original boarding passes by post as detailed on DC website? My company requires the original boarding passes to be submitted along with my expense claims, otherwise I won't be reimbursed for my flight expense. Is it possible to fax a retroactive claim along with the passes, or post a photocopy of the passes, or perhaps scan them as attachments to an emailed claim?
