What's a good source of weather forecasts while in Japan? I'll be in Tokyo and Kyoto in early September and I see that it's one of the wettest months. I'd like to be able to plan for day trips and such a few days ahead. Is there anything like the Weather Channel in Japan? I don't necessarily need to understand what they're saying as long as there are good maps and graphics. I know I could ask the hotel staff, but from past experience overseas they always seem to have a sunnier outlook! A good source in English would be best.
