Sorry to contradict the "TG is horrible" tone, but my experience on NRT-BKK yesterday was excellent, from start to finish. I am the OP on "Amazing TG Experience--really!" thread.
By no means do I mean to minimize your unhappiness with TG, but I must say this new product is really good--kinda like UA's new flat Biz seat--even if service isn't good (though it was for me on TG), that nice hardware sure helps!
