Nothing like wild salmon. The farmies are selfish, lazy, and simply refuse to properly plump themselves up. The CRS need the extra fat for the long commute back to the spawning grounds. The CostCo product is pretty good, but still pales in comparison to what is available in the NW. I used to travel to SEA (or sometimes ANC) every year around the first week of June just for the food. You can get CRS and king crab and the same time.

While I'm usually an A to B as fast as possible traveler, stopping in SEA for some fresh SEA grub is well worth it. I'll take the liberty to name the practice: GR (grub run*).
