Is there an option to sign up if you're just planning on doing the IAH events?
I asked about this a few weeks ago, and was told if I didn't pay for the charter flight, I couldn't attend anything. I'm actually going through IAH about the time the CO parts are happening, and thought it would be good to check it out a bit. No such luck.
