The last 3 or 4 survey invites I got were all expired using non-US IP address. That was about 2 months ago and I haven't got any new invite since.

Reading the last dozen of posts, it seems some folks were having trouble contacting e-Rewards CSRs. I didn't have the need to contact e-Rewards CSR for quite a while but I had been getting proper responses and credits when writing them in the past.
Here's my most recent encounter with e-Rewards Member Services. I was "auditing" my account last week and realized I was short of a full-credit from Feb. So I sent an email (to both
[email protected] &
[email protected]) on Wednesday. Four days later, I heard back from the regular CSR (
[email protected]) with full credit posted to my account. Not bad.
I would suggest writing them directly via email for those who didn't, or haven't, get any response in say a week. Good luck!
