My cousin (and his wife) doesn't have an AA account, we flown 3 weeks ago MIA-JFK-MIA, I got my miles but they don't, I think is time to invite them , they can request the miles from the last trip (2.1k) + 2k extra miles for a delayed flight (I got 2k, my wife 2.5k) ^, hopefully they will open a Citi AAdvantage CC
