When I try to request on SPG.com... this is I get:

A credit can't be issued online for bills of more than $500 for U.S. stays and $1,000 for non-U.S. stays. For assistance, please FAX your Hotel Folio (final bill) to 1-519-633-8557.
PLEASE BE SURE TO WRITE YOUR MEMBER NUMBER ON YOUR FOLIO.
