Years ago I was told by the Platinum desk (and believed it until I read on FT otherwise) that C&P and award stays did not get the amenity. I lost several thousand points because of that. There were a few times since that mistakes were made in my favor so I will call it even on the points. But it still does not compensate me for the many hours I spent following up to get the amenity points posted.

Has this been fixed? I have had several stays recently (award and revenue) with no incidentals and all posted correctly. If fixed all I can say it is about time. SPG customers have lost so many points and and so much time because of this.

If fixed, all I can say is thank you, William, and have a very merry Christmas!

Really? SPG fixes something and this message is your response on Christmas Eve? Yes, what you say is true, but don't kick the guy in the teeth who is trying to help us, especially during Christmas weekend.
If fixed, all I can say is thank you, William, and have a very merry Christmas!

My experience is it is much improved, I don't remember the last time I had to chase the amenity points.
