I am getting sick of calling SPG for reminding them that Opps you missed my 500 pts again...with 300K+ points in my account I feel sick to make a call..provide all the infiormation for 10+ minutes for 500 pts!!! This time its almost 30+ days and am yet to call. hmmmm

I think SPG sud put some Penalty Rule around what happens "when hotel don't post the Platinum Amenity (500 pts)?" Something like they have to give 5x or ?? points. This is how you bring decipline!!
