The most amazing thing about Annie is that she remembers tons of frequent passengers' last name (not only their faces) and addresses them as soon as she sees them w/o struggling at all. I wish I had that kind of memory.

She also treats all the passengers with her respect - it does not matter if you are GS/1K or GM.

Re: jetways - that's the reason I wait and stay in the lounge until the last minute nowadays. They paged my name a couple of times in fact...
