It will increase due to an additional plane likely coming online between now and then. It will decrease due to the LHR service being guaranteed. As CO is just starting that rotation and we don't know where else those planes are going it is too early to know for sure just how bad the numbers are. But with the 18 hours down-time in HKG every day I'm guessing that route will be a lower priority so as to keep the planes closer to EWR/IAH for the LHR service.
