As far as the hot towels: I've always thought a good way for the airlines to show how green they are is to recycle them! After first class is done with them, they can be refolded and offered to coach as "cold towels." Most would be grateful to have the opportunity to have some bit of First Class passenger rub off on them, and the used towels will be more sanitary than a typical coach pax is.
