Can we now OLCI on Int'l trips requirng a visa? Last Year I was not able to, but my wife using her Russian passport had no problems and was able to, however she was still
required to use the Kisok to print her baggage tags. We went to the BE line and was sent back to the kiosk for baggage tags, we were
then sent to the BE line. This was at a small airport..... Asheville, NC.
