Further question:
Both my wife and I are Gold Medallions... If we did the "baby in lap" ticket for the baby (domestically), can we still be upgraded on a Medallion Upgrade? (either in advance or at the gate...)
If we bought the baby a seat... can it be upgraded with us as a companion?
