They put forth as fact the following:

Rather, they're blurred, much like a chalk etching. While Transportation Security Administration officers will be able to tell whether a person is flabby or in shape, they won't be able to see faces or private parts with any detail.
Then the article goes on to discuss the 'small' incident at MIA. Which is it-- are the images of privates blurred, or can they see the size of one's manhood (i.e. 'detail' of private parts)?
