Yeah I was quite surprised too so I repeated it back for verification. Note I was only booking a one-way ticket, so I don't think there would have been confusion about the pricing per direction.

So it looks like LOT will be getting my business as they have a slightly higher fare but I get baggage benefits as an EBG.
