Agreed. All passengers should have the right to get up and into the aisle whenever they so choose, window seats included. Choosing an aisle seat involves such a compromise--the convenience of the aisle is offset by having to get up for your seatmates whenever they need/choose to. Even if they choose to get up once an hour on a 12-hour long-haul, it is still their right. Whether that's a courteous move or not, that's for another thread.
