Spoke with the PLT desk this morning and the agent couldn't find any info on it (put me on a hold for a few minutes and "asked around").

Would really like some clarification on the lounge issue as well as "official" confirmation of the start date as it will affect my planning. Edit: Found "official" confirmation in the June 2002 newsletter (guess I should read the danged thing sometimes, eh?
