For high quality try the Taj Exotica. It was very good with excellent service. My gf has a severe fish allergy and she had her own personal chef who would cook whatever she wanted (dispute us having paid only for the buffet).

And at the end of the trip they did not charge for the additional meals.

I can't recommend them highly enough. The Leela is also good.
