Starwood or VIP Contact
Hi and Hello...I have booked a long weekend at the end of June to celebrate birthday and wedding anniversary with my wife. I have emailed the Hotel Manger 2 x now over the past three weeks. Surprised that I have had zero reply from the hotel. First time ever I have not received a reply from a hotel when I have personally contacted them. I had a few small requests not huge but would have been nice to be acknowledged. I tried calling but was put on Hold for a longtime. I did reach a voice-mail but no call back.
Does anyone have a Starwood or VIP guest contact at the W Boston?
This will be my first time trying the W after years of using the Copley Westin.
I will say after reading your reviews ( room quality, Plat benefits, quality of upgrades etc) I am strongly considering a change.
Any Assistance is appreciated. Maybe a Lurker will have some info?
