Here's my report for a stay from 5/6 to 5/7

Location: The hotel is located on MA-1A a few miles north of the airport. It's across the street from a gas station and a Target in the Revere Neighborhood of Boston. The area seems to be zoned as mixed-Commerical/Industrial but I didn't notice anything unsavory about it, unlike the area two or three miles north.

Hotel: The hotel is actually one of the better Hampton Inns I've been to. I believe it's seven floors high with an actual bar on the ground floor (the only one at a Hampton I've seen) and a large breakfast area as well as other living room type rooms on the first floor. There's also a small business center. Everything about the hotel felt new, even if it isn't.

Check In: This was my only unplesant part of my stay here. When I arrived at about 2:30 PM, there was one agent at the desk on the phone trying to handle a reservation. At one point, he began to argue with the customer saying in a very snotty voice "no ma'am, I told you the 29th wasn't a Sunday. Eventually two other agents came out and checked me in and while they were doing so, complained about a guest they didn't like. I know what it's like to have problematic clients, but I'd never discuss them in front of another client.

Room: I ended up on the 3rd floor with a lovely view of the highway and parking lot. However, I also had the landing pattern into BOS which was nice. Previously to staying here I'd done three days at a Courtyard and this room was far better than my room there. It was large with a new flat screen TV, desk by the window, couch and coffee table behind the desk and a very soft, very comfortable king sized bed. I also had a nice bathroom with good water pressure.

Other: I checked out just before 5 AM and was pleased to see there were On the Run Breakfast Bags already set out, some hotels won't do this until 6. There's also a shuttle bus that goes to the airport every twenty minutes and to a nearby T stop (Wood Island) every hour. I found that service most appreciated.

My rate was a rather pricey $152.10 with the AAA discount. I would stay here again as my only issue was the attitude of the front desk members when I arrived.
