Award ticket Only need return now must I cancel outbound and pay fee?
We are flying in August to Phoenix on an award ticket from the old system.
Due to a change in plans, we called to cancel the outbound portion thinking it would just go back into our account when we paid the $100. (Similar to SWA, although no fee)
They told us the 1/2 we arent using will be lost and that we should simply not show up to avoid the fee. Doesnt this therefore cancel the return leg which we still need?
