I am looking at booking a flight on the 23rd may to thailand and need Flex fares for both outbound and inbound flights.

I have looked at every possible fare on the internet from every airport and there is no flex fares, only savers.
I need 12000 miles and i can only get 9000 (outbound saver, inbound flex)
Phoned Emirates and i can book flights via the call centre and the price is £70 more than online, I have asked if the fares are Flex and she said, I think So, i have asked to double check and she said yes they are.
she told me that the Flex should also be on the web site, But told her no.

I guess the £70 might be worth booking Via the call center if i am doing 4 trips through out the year.

Has anyone else had the same problem and found away around the situation and booked on line.

finally, they used to give you extra miles for booking online, I think they have withdrawn that offer now.
