Thanks I'll try contacting Joanna as a last resort. I've pretty much given up on getting my 8000 status and destination miles now as all CS seem to do is lie and say (5 times) 'it will be sorted momenarily sir..'.

I'm still very annoyed about this. I chose CO over another cheaper carrier precisely to get the miles. what an utter waste of time.
