767 vs. 757 for upgrades

Sorry if this has been covered before (I seem to recall it has, but a couple of searches didn't get me to the answer I was looking for...).
In terms of upgrade odds, have people found the 763 or 752 to give better odds? I think the wildcard is what sort of 763 is offered...This is for SFO-ATL.
This is how I interpret the numbers (Please let me know if I am missing something!):
752: 26/184 F seats (14.13%)
763: 24/262 F seats (9.16%)
763BE v1: 36/217 F seats (16.59%)
763BE v2: 30/215 F seats (13.95%)
It looks as though the SFO-ATL flights are handled by the standard 763... Am I correct in interpreting that our upgrade odds would be significantly better on the 752?
