Stayed at the W Boston the 2nd time last week for 7 nights... got upgraded from a corner suite to a WOW suite (again).. Overall the stay was only ok and nowhere as good as the time before when the hotel first opened.. Main complaint was that housekeeping wasn't done very well IMHO.. I drank from one of the glasses in the living room the first day and left it by the bar sink, and it stayed there until I checked out.. Turndown was inconsistent and only happened 1/2 the time.. Guest bathroom was seldom cleaned and trash left in there was cleaned out 2 out of the 7 nights..

Rest of the staff were all very good still.. and there were a few exceptional ones from the bell/valet staff who consistently remembered my name and chatted with me a few times as I was waiting for my car..

Will have to rethink staying here in the future especially since I noticed the rates have started to creep up...
