I'm sorry, no real suggestions. I think it is luck. I think I have taken 6 or 7 surveys that were above 150 miles. I never answer any differently.
I was lucky enough to get the CD survey 2 times. This is when they have you take a mini survey (150 miles) and then if they like your answers they send you another survey on a disk and once you complete that, you get another 400 or 500 miles.
