we sure do.... a winery bottling labeled Pinot with something else will get closed down quickly.... having said this Im not surprised that this Pinot you mention tastes a lot more like a zin..... its pathetic, but many new world winemakers (not only Argentine) are making pinot to such an absurd level of extraction that it just erases typicity.....
for good Pinot at low prices..... try to see if you can get something from Universo Austral.... their Calafate Reserva Pinot is very good for the price.

the reason i asked was that US west coast, pinot noir only has to be 75%. the typical hamburger helper is either merlot or syrah or maybe also a bit of thompson. lots of cheap merlot, syrah and thompson on the west coast.
