This also ranks up there with the user I dealt with last week that was using the lower case l to type the number one, because apparently hitting the l key was easier than using her left pinky finger to hit the 1. And she couldn't figure out what the Clean Address program that verifies addresses against the USPS database was firing off all kinds of errors at her when she was keying a zip code that had a 1 in it.

And yes, I realize that in the dark ages some cheap manual typewriters had no 1 key, and typists used the lowercase l instead, but this user was all of 30. She should know better.
