This would be my first RTW and I would like to choose OW economy class.
Departure point CDG, FRA or MXP (I will arrive in europe with AA flight, but I have not yet decided the departure point for the RTW so I will enter XXX as starting point) and my temptative routing will be XXX-HEL-BKK-SIN-HKG-PVG-NRT-HNL-LAX-DFW-ORD-MIA-JFK-XXX

My concern is to choose the cheapest option for this routing using one of these fares that are similarly priced at 2049 EUR plus tax for each one of the departure countries (I am not familiar with the rules governing each one of these 3 fares):
1) Circle Trip Explorer - 3 continent
2) oneworld Explorer - 3 continent
3) Global Explorer < 26,000 miles

I am AA PLT so I would like to accrue miles on AA, but some leg are on CX (BKK-SIN-HKG-PVG) or JL (PVG-NRT) and with these carriers no AA miles with L booking class.

Now my questions:
-are there any AA codeshare flights in order to accrue AA miles on the most part of the segments?
-how I could maximize the mileage changing the routings in the US or adding any other segment (SEA or YVR or ANC)?
-Are there any other slightly expensive options in economy class in order to increase the mileage on AA?

I could also change the original routing if you could give me some other good option.@:-)
