It is possible to do it as a turn around, the flight arrives into Dhaka at 02.20 and departs at 1600hrs but do you really want to spend 8 hours stuck in Zia internation airport with bangladeshi hospitality for measly 292 miles and a 45 minute flight each way.

Im sure there are better options to get similar tier points but a lot more miles for slightly more than 10K.
