Here's a question for the experienced ones with this card-- I got my card but my SPG number does not appear on the front of the card. Went to the website to find out if they have it on my profile but i can't seem to locate where it could be--what am I missing? I did call the 24/7 line and was told " sorry the call cannot be connected at this time"--so how do I talk to a live person at AMEX?
