Actually no...that's not how I interpert it. Travel commences before October 27, 2009 gets the 3x70 free. If you booked your flight After October 19, 2009for travel in 2010 then you only get 2x50.
Only if you booked your ticket On or after October 19, 2009 for travel
beforeOctober 27, 2009 (which isn't the case since we are in 2010) would you get the 3x70 free.
I.e. if you booked your travel in december for travel in april. You only get 2x50 free
