Is there an easy way to check the arrival and departure gates for CO flights (especially IAH)?

I have to decide on a 30 minute vs 4 hour layover on pretty full flights. Long layover is last flight of the day.

If they're nearby, I'm OK with short (all carryon, CO-Gold so I'm seated in front of coach or upgraded)
