There are 26 full members and 3 pending members of *A, why would you like to have gold status to all of them? Status match is usually an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, so don't waste your chance when you don't need it.
As for status match on CO, simply fax your current VS statement and a head letter of application to CO. And then you should hear from CO pretty soon.
