Hello, i am new here in this forum and i need some help, because I not know, if there is a software problem on emirates.com. l like to book one flight from CMB to DUS (up on the 19th May and back on the 26th May). The fare is 122,000 Rupees (about 1070 US Dollars), which is not very cheap. When I look into the fare conditions the system tells me “Skywards Flex”. But when I look on the miles I earn, the system shows me for both legs “Saver”. Can you please advice me what is correct, the fare rules ore the miles shown? Maybe they have a software problem? In January I went also to DUS for the same price and it was a flex tarif.
