  2. Conditional approval letter

Expect:
  1. Questions about your past travels
  2. Questions about anything you put on your application
  3. If approved, a CBP sticker applied to the rear cover of your passport
  4. If approved, a 5-10 minute walk-through on the Kiosk procedure
  5. If approved, a 5 minute lecture on what to do when the kiosks are not working and what will happen if you violate the rules (e.g., you can expect that the book will be thrown at you, and very little leniency)

All told, for me, the interview took 15 minutes at IAD when I did it.
