Sometimes it just takes a little bit longer for CBP to accept your Global Entry application. I wouldn't worry if it takes another week and don't see the need to file a FOIA.. CBP may have a bunch of apps to go through, or they are just making sure that you are perfectly clear..

I had to give my DL to the CBP officer to enter into the system.. Other than that, I would bring your acceptance letter, in case anyone gives you any trouble..
