I guess this is what happens when the people running an airline (a) don't want to be in that business, and (b) are incompetent.

Time to start using up my 700,000 RDM's on (foreign) Star carrier award redemptions, I think. And also time to put some flesh on plans to jump ship to AA and Oneworld.
