as mentioned the % breakdown will vary by hotel type, location and week to week...but to answer your other question yes I've got a pretty good guess on the breakdown

I think your second point is overly broad, if you're looking at the IND Airport CY it would be very different than a CY in DEN Burbs

Some hotels have more platinums than other levels, some have more golds - it really is location, day of week, week of year, weather etc related
