My spouse passed away and had three ff accounts - Delta, American, and USAIR. Does anyone know if this circumstance allows for the transfer of the miles/points in each account to my accounts? I hesitate to call each carrier and ask, because I am afraid they might just cancel out all of his miles. I realize I could get tickets in my name, but I would much prefer to transfer and then use them when I needed to go somewhere and the fares would be excessive. Thanks for whatever advice you might have.
