Slow day at the PHL airport today.

So, I was first in line when they called zone 1 (even though I held back just a moment to make sure that my photo didn't appear on FT in a "gate lice" thread ).

But... I was not in the Breezeway lane, because it was blocked by an empty wheelchair.

The GA approached and said, "We're supposed to be using the elite line."

I pointed to the obstruction.

She then moved the wheelchair, pulled the self-retracting barrier tape across the regular lane, and made everyone waiting in line reverse field and come back down the Breezeway lane.
