I'm an absolute pile of a man, so I have girth to go with the height. I can fit width-wise into CO Y (barely) but I will still be encroaching on other's space with my shoulders and arms. While that in and of itself makes it a no go for me in Y, I absolutely cannot get my legs into 31" of pitch. It is a physical impossibility.

Now, for premium cabins, CO domestic F is perfectly comfortable for me. I can't use the tray table in the armrest but other than that' I'm perfectly fine. I tried the new lie flat seat at CO DO IV and it was fine as well, but my feet (size 16) didn't fit into the space with the seat upright; they certainly weren't going there to allow me to lie flat. But that's ok, I'm find with sleeping reclined. Hell, I'm fine with flying in general.
