To say it is fraud to be using COUPON CODES is like saying it is fraud to using coupons at Safeway! Bottom line, if the Safeway cashier accepts the coupon, there is no fraud! If the Safeway cashier believes the coupon is not valid for the item(s) purchased, the cashier is free to not accept the coupon. It is the same for Avis! If the Avis rez computer accepts the code for the rez, then it is valid, and if the Avis rez computer does not accept inputting the code, then it is not valid. Either way, there is NO fraud! Get a grip please!
