How they make s/f marshmellow? Isn't it basically corn syrup and egg white?

Moved to PHL area from Silicon Valley not too long ago, and oh, do we miss See's! Chocolate butter cream eggs, the best thing in the Easter basket! Surround the center piece with Jelly Belly dye-free fruit beans, and few Hershey's eggs - tradition! - and what more could one ask the Bunny for?

BTW Cadbury caramel eggs are better than the cream ones, but still too sweet.


p.s. the best use for hollow chocolate bunnies/santas is as extra chocolate bits in a batch of cookies
